In addition to being a native Houstonian and real estate sales agent, Kimberly has a background in business and real estate law. Kimberly received her bachelors degrees—one in business finance and one in business marketing—from Texas A&M University. After graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University, Kimberly attended law school in downtown Houston where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2013. After graduating law school, Kimberly had the privilege of practicing real estate law for some of the top law firms world wide. As part of her legal real estate practice, Kimberly assisted clients in acquisitions and dispositions of multi-million dollar commercial, industrial and multi-family properties. As a former practicing real estate attorney, Kimberly has developed the negotiating skills and work ethic she believes are critical in assisting her real estate clients most efficiently and effectively.

Kimberly is married to Scott and together, they have two little boys, Konrad and Kohen, and a boxer puppy named Deuce.  In a house full of boys, there is never a dull moment for Kimberly and she wouldn't have it any other way.

I was raised in Waller County. This has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2018. My work experience hasn't always been in real estate. I spent years in professional printing before working for Waller ISD for 18 years, gaining a ton of friends including co-workers and former students all the while putting on local benefits to help people in the community, I was also a former volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for many years before retiring; it is only natural that I is able to combine my love of Waller, and surrounding counties with the love of wanting to help people, to now developing a successful real estate business. I am lucky enough to have turned my personal passion into my career and have spent the last couple years helping others find their home while also finding that perfect buyer for a home. She then moved into the foreclosure home sales, and worked there for 3 years then they were bought out by Berkshire Hathaway HS Anderson Properties.
